Results from the 27th annual study were based on responses from more than 80,000 new car buyers and lessees polled during the early stages of ownership. Question categories in the survey included:

"The Palisade and Santa Cruz both have on-road presence, upscale interiors, human-focused technology, and advanced Hyundai SmartSense Safety features," said Olabisi Boyle, Hyundai Motor North America's vice president of product planning and mobility strategy. "This recognition is the result of our organization-wide commitment to delivering vehicles that exceed the expectations of our customers."
