Hyundai has just announced changes to the lease terms and incentives for the entry-level IONIQ 9 S trim. The price for a 36-month lease is $419 a month based on driving 10,000 miles per year. And at singing, the leaser must provide a payment of $4,999.

In comparison, the newly debuted Tesla Model Y is slightly less expensive at $399 with $4,093 at signing. However, with more space and versatility, the new IONIQ 9 provides more bang for your buck.

Spacious, Feature-Rich Interior

The 2026 Hyundai IONIQ 9 boasts a roomy cabin with seating for up to seven passengers. The second-row captain's chairs and a third-row bench provide flexibility for transporting family and friends comfortably. A large 12.3-inch touchscreen, wireless charging pad, and premium Bose sound system come standard.

Robust EV Performance

When its released, the new IONIQ 9 will feature a choice of three powertrains. The rear-wheel drive model uses a single 215-hp motor, while the all-wheel drive one adds a second electric for 422 horsepower. We don't yet know the total power output of the non-Performance dual-motor versions. Also, all models will use a 110.3-kWh lithium-ion battery.
